Shipping & Returns

We want every iammax order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and what to do if something isn’t right.
UK Shipping
Standard delivery
3–5 working days. Free on orders over £75. Orders under £75 carry a flat shipping fee of £4.95.
Express delivery
1–2 working days. £7.95 on all orders, regardless of order value. Available for mainland UK addresses only.
Next-day delivery
Order before 12:00 noon Monday–Thursday. Delivered the following working day. £12.95. Not available for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves us.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the European Union, USA, Canada, and Australia. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- European Union: 5–10 working days, from £12.95
- USA & Canada: 7–14 working days, from £18.95
- Australia: 10–18 working days, from £22.95
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Returns
Our returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare, or personal grooming products unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to return
- Email returns@iammax.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid returns label within 1 working day
- Pack your items securely and drop off at any Post Office or collection point shown on your label
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@iammax.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and will not ask you to return the item in most cases.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@iammax.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
